The Wilpier iron and wood chair is born from a simple and deeply respectful idea: to see the world at the height of children through a piece designed to accompany their growth, their endless curiosity, and that natural desire to do things by themselves. The curved and rounded lines that shape it gently embrace the child's body, avoiding sharp edges and creating a constant feeling of safety. The oval backrest, made of poplar plywood with a matte painted finish, adds warmth and a connection to nature. The padded seat provides comfort without excess, also incorporating a polyester cushion filled with polyurethane foam with a density of 28 kg/m³ and a soft firmness, just enough to support without sinking. This is upholstered in a water-repellent fabric, easy to clean and pleasant to the touch, designed to accompany impromptu snacks, painting sessions, or small childhood accidents. Meanwhile, the legs and metal frame, made of iron with a matte powder-coated finish, provide stability without visual heaviness. Additionally, the legs include polypropylene protective caps to protect floors, allowing the child to drag the chair easily without risk or excessive noise. Wilpier is not just a chair.
