The “Sklum Friends Plan” (hereinafter referred to as “the Programme”) is organised by Sklum Home and Deco S.L., a company incorporated under Spanish law, having its registered office at Partida Tancaes s/n, 46720 Villalonga, Valencia, Spain, VAT Number B98845936 (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”).
The Programme is governed by these Terms and Conditions, which shall be interpreted in accordance with Irish law and applicable European Union regulations.
Participation in the Program implies full, express, and unconditional acceptance of these Bases, as well as any decisions the Organizer makes regarding their interpretation, application, or execution.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Bases, notifying such modifications via its website www.sklum.com
All natural persons over 18 years old, resident in Ireland territory, who meet the requirements set out in this document, may participate in the Program.
Legal entities, commercial entities, and any participation for commercial, professional, or non-personal use purposes are expressly excluded.
The “Sklum Friends Plan” Program is of indefinite duration. The Organizer may modify or terminate the promotion at any time.
In the event of termination, Sklum will notify via its website at least one month in advance.
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (Ireland), participants are informed that their personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

Personal data will be retained for as long as the participant remains enrolled in the Programme, and thereafter only as long as required by legal obligations.
Rights of Data Subjects
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction of processing, and portability at any time by sending a written request to rgpd@sklum, providing proof of identity.
They may also file a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (DPC) via www.sklum.com/privacy-policy.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any damages or losses, of any nature, that participants or third parties may suffer as a result of participation in the Program, nor for technical, network, or other issues preventing its correct operation.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the Program any participant who breaches these Bases, uses the system fraudulently or inappropriately, or directly or indirectly alters its functioning.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall rest with the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
The official language of these Terms is English.
