When you place an order with SKLUM, shipping costs are included in the final price. The system calculates the charges according to the delivery address and automatically changes them when you add products or change quantities.
If you place your order before 4pm, your order will be shipped either the same day or the next morning if all products and/or colours are available in stock. The shipping time is 7/8 days* depending on the volume** of the order.
As soon as the customer takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to him. It is therefore important:
- Do not sign the delivery note until you have checked the contents of the packages and the condition of the goods.
- If you should appreciate any damage whatsoever in the packaging , assure that the courier takes note of it on the delivery note and keep a copy when accepting or rejecting the goods.
If, at the time of inspection of the goods, it is found that they do not comply with the order form or that they have suffered damage during transport, this must be rejected and you must indicate your explicit reservations on the delivery note (obligatory condition for making any claim for breakage or damage during transport)
Delivery failure for "Incomplete or incorrect or inexistant address".
SKLUM cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver due to an address declared incomplete by the carrier. In the event of the return of a package marked "incomplete address" or declared DNLAI (does not live at the address indicated) by the shipping company, we will refund the customer's order as soon as it is returned to our premises charging the shipping costs.
The delivery time for each product may also vary depending on stock availability. You can check stock availability on the website before the purchase process. At SKLUM, we have a wide stock of most of the products which allows us to give an estimated delivery time of 5 business days to UK (from the moment when all the products are available for shipment within 7/8 days) except for orders via pallet, expected delivery can be within 7-10 working days.
-Make sure that you provide the sender with complete and precise contact information.
-Make sure that your name can be found on your mailbox, doorbell or telecom.
-Make sure that the 15-consecutive-day period to collect your package from an Access Point does not run out.
The credit note will be reduced by the amount of the delivery costs incurred by SKLUM including during "Free shipping" operations since our company pays the amount of the delivery to the carrier in all cases.
In the event that a package is returned by fault of the client (package not claimed, wrong/incomplete address), the shipping costs will have to be paid for again so that the package can be re-shipped.
In the event of a delay due to any event (bad weather, accidents, etc.) that does not allow the normal delivery of products, SKLUM cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
You can see all the charges detailed on your basket before validating the order, the products chosen, the shipping costs and any commissions and taxes. It is very important before clicking on "Confirm order" to confirm that everything is correct, products, quantity, finishes, etc.
IMPORTANT: The standard door-to-door service does not include door delivery, delivery is only to the outside of the premises. The assembly is not included either.

The delivery date of each product in your basket can vary depending on the selected finishes. You can check these dates during the order process. For the islands, depending on the ship’s departure, every Friday.
All international shipments are shipped within 7/8 days and will normally be delivered to the client within 5 business days. Stock availability may affect delivery times as if an item is unavailable, the order cannot be shipped.
The Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla are territories within the European Union and are subject to special tax conditions. In order to deliver to these territories, a customs clearance will be necessary. Prices on the clients invoice will be free of tax (No VAT). The client will have to refund the customs office and the applicable tax in each case (IGIC in the Canary Islands, IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla), once the order is received. The export dispatch is covered by SKLUM and is included amongst the shipping costs.
For shipments to Andorra, Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein, prices on the invoice will be provided without tax (No VAT). Once the order arrives at its destination, the client must pay the customs import office and the applicable tax of each order.
For deliveries to private customers within the remaining countries, the price on the invoice will include the current VAT rate in Spain, which is 21% of the order total.
There exist territories within the countries mentioned above that are subject to special taxing conditions and in these cases, the procedure will be similar to that of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The orders will be invoiced without VAT and the client will pay the customs import office and the applicable tax of each order.
For companies that carry out there commercial activities among other countries within the European Union and that have a VAT number, prices will be provided without VAT. This is also valid for countries that are based in Spain, but work at a European level.
The more product units ordered, the higher the shipping costs.
Keep in mind that shipping costs vary depending on the total size of the product, even if the delivery address is the same. For example, a table will generate higher shipping costs than a chair, due to its size and weight. Likewise, products with similar sizes can generate different shipping costs, as the weight of two materials can vary.

In order to provide our customers with peace of mind, all shipments from SKLUM are fully insured for 24 hours after delivery. With this insurance, we can guarantee to replace or refund any damages made during transport, depending on the situation. In order to apply the warranty, it’s very important that you indicate any damages onto the delivery note of the courier.
