As soon as the customer takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to him. Delivery failure due to "Incomplete or incorrect or inexistant address".SKLUM cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver due to an address declared incomplete by the carrier. In the event of the return of a package marked "incomplete address" or declared DNLAI (does not live at the address indicated) by the shipping company, we will refund the customer's order as soon as it is returned to our premises charging the shipping costs.
The delivery time for each product may also vary depending on stock availability. You can check stock availability on the website before the purchase process. At SKLUM, we have a wide stock of most of the products which allows us to a delivery time of 10/12 working days or 15/20 working days for deliveries on a pallet (from the moment when all the products are available for shipment within 10/12 days).
The despatch date indicated together with the correspondent product information is always calculated in working days.

The credit note will be reduced by the amount of the delivery costs incurred by SKLUM including during "Free shipping" operations since our company pays the amount of the delivery to the carrier in all cases.
In the event that a package is returned by fault of the client (package not claimed, wrong/incomplete address), the shipping costs will have to be paid for again so that the package can be re-shipped.

IMPORTANT: The standard door-to-door service does not include the delivery and collection of the goods to/from the customer's home, which is the sole responsibility of the customer. SKLUM only accepts orders that are to be delivered to mainland UK; orders are not sent to any of the British Islands( the Hebrides, the Shetland Islands, the Orkney Islands, the Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight or to the Isle of Man. Orders can neither be placed for the Channel Islands ( Jersey nor Guernsey ).
